Victor has always been in the kitchen. Either watching over his father clean a Rainbow trout, or with his mother talking about new recipes. Starting in a small french kitchen in San Diego, Victor has honed his knowledge and skill over the last 13 years. Always preserving his love for simplicity, but pushing the boundaries of new and exciting styles of cuisine. The passion and love for food is an added ingredient in every dish.
